How do I sign up?
It’s simple! When you’re on the MyPuck.com homepage just select “new user” and fill in your info. When you’re done just hit ok and your account is created!

Does it cost anything to sign up?
It is currently a free service to sign up on MyPuck.com. However, there will be a small fee for various additional services like video uploads, scouting. Check out our packages and rates and see what fits your needs the best.

Who signs up?
MyPuck.com is open to anyone involved in the game of hockey. We have current and retired players, guys that play men’s league, women, coaches, general managers, other team personnel and parents. The site is currently not developed for fans as the site features the things only those involved in the game need and use.

I didn’t get a confirmation email. How do I get one?
Send us an email to customerservice@mypuck.com. Include your username and we will send you back a confirmation email.

Where should I contact MyPuck.com if there’s a problem with my account or signing in?
Just the same as above. Send us an email to customerservice@mypuck.com and we will help you out.

What is MyPuck.com all about?
MyPuck.com is the pre-eminent site for all things hockey. If you’re looking to do the social networking thing, looking to develop and advance your career, you want to find a player for your team or you’re a parent, you’re on this site. We want to help everyone in hockey achieve their goals – no matter what they are.

I can’t add something to the Bulletin Board. What’s going on?
Check these answers out first. If none of them fit the problem you have then send us an email to customerservice@mypuck.com.
- Do you have a MyPuck.com account? You need to have one to use the Bulletin Board.
- All items posted on the Bulletin Board get approved by the MyPuck.com staff. It usually takes about 24 to review. If it’s taken longer send us an email to customerservice@mypuck.com. Let’s take a look and see where it’s at.

How do I add a newsworthy item to the News Wire?
Send your newsworthy story to newswire@mypuck.com. We need to read it, make sure it looks good and double-check its accuracy. If all looks good then we will post it in the News Wire section. It’s your chance to see your work on our site. If you like writing it may be a start to a cool future as a sports writer!
